Jimmy Sheirgill, who is back from shooting the sequel of Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, has shocked director Tigmanshu Dhulia by his drastic weight loss. He went in for the weight loss programme to look like a 21-year-old-villager in Tigmanshu's next film.
The change in his appearance is for a film, which is a satire based in Chambal Valley. However, Tigmanshu wants Jimmy to lose more weight to fit the bill.
Tigmanshu, who is the creative producer for this film, had been looking for someone to play an innocent-looking 21-year-old villager.
The director was recently quoted saying that after working with Jimmy in four films, he knows his potential as an actor.
Jimmy is currently in the process of losing extra weight by hiring a dietician and a personal trainer. The film, also starring Shriya Saran, will be filmed at locations where Tigmanshu's previous film Paan Singh Tomar was shot.
