Team Dhoom 3 is presently in Chicago and the cast and crew, of the movie, have started filming it. While Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will reprise their roles of inspector Jai Dixit and Ali from the previous films of the franchise, Aamir Khan will play the antagonist in the flick.
Abhishek and Uday are shooting at night these days, and giving them company are their mean machines. Bachchan took to Twitter to update his followers, on the film front, writing, "Night shoots are the worst, unless….. You're riding 1 of the beasts that @udaychopra and I are riding down the streets of Chicago. #dhoom3."
Uday too posted a picture from the film's shoot and wrote, "Shooting in the middle of downtown Chicago... #D3."
The YRF action-thriller is being helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and will feature Katrina Kaif as the female lead.

Recent daddy Abhishek Bachchan, who will be flying to Chicago to shoot for YRF flick 'Dhoom 3', has decided to not be a victim of homesickness, it seems.
Buzz has it that the actor has rented a house in Chicago where wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya would stay with AB Jr during the three months schedule. Not only this, even Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are supposed to join them at a later date so that the the family can spend time together as and when Abhishek is free.
It seems that Abhishek Bachchan was inspired to take this step after Aamir Khan, who will be seen playing the antagonist in 'Dhoom 3', took alng his wife Kiran Rao and son Azad with him to Chicago so that he could get some quality time with his family.
'Dhoom 3' will see Abhishek reprising his role as ACP Jai Dixit, who will team up with good friend Ali (Uday Chopra) to lock horns with antagonist Khan.

Since the past few months, there had been media reports doing the rounds that actor Abhishek Bachchan has been working out diligently to buff up his physique for the role of a cop in upcoming flick Dhoom 3.
However, AB Jr recently rubbished such rumours and said that his Dhoom 3 character ACP Jai Dixit, is a cop who relies more on brains rather than brawn and as such, there is hardly any need for the character to have big muscles. He also admitted that though he is physically agile, he has never been gym crazy as such. Abhishek also admitted that it is quite a privilege to work with Aamir Khan in Dhoom 3.
YRF flick Dhoom 3 will see Abhishek and Uday Chopra reprise their roles as ACP Jai Dixit and Ali respectively whereas Aamir Khan will be seen playing the role of an antagonist.

Much has been reported about Aamir Khan playing the antagonist in upcoming YRF flick Dhoom 3 and actor Abhishek Bachchan, whose performance in laugh riot Bol Bachchan was highly appreciated, has claimed that he is quite looking forward to learn from Mr. Perfectionist while shooting for the movie.
In the Dhoom series, Abhishek Bachchan plays the character of ACP Jai Dixit, a no-nonsense cop and Bachchan Jr has made it clear that he is not thinking about any clash with Aamir Khan. He admitted quite candidly that he is very excited about working with Aamir and intends to sit back and learn from him during the shooting.
Apart from Dhoom 3, Aamir Khan will also be seen in Reema Kagti's psychological thriller Talaash, where the actor will be seen playing the role of a cop.

Much had been reported about how Aamir Khan reportedly delayed the shooting of upcoming action flick Dhoom 3, as he wanted a new hairstyle for his role as the antagonist in the YRF flick.
At a recent press meet, when Aamir Khan met media-persons to talk on Satyamev Jayate and other issues, the actor revealed that the hairstyle he is sporting at the time (as seen in the picture) is the final look for his movie. Aamir Khan also gushed about the trailers of Salman Khan's upcoming film Ek Tha Tiger and said, "I liked the trailers very much and am looking forward to see the film. I also sent a text message to Salman and Kabir Khan about it. I don't know why the movie is facing problems in Pakistan." When asked about Salman Khan's bachelor status, Aamir cheekily said that he has been asking Salman to marry as soon as possible but to no avail. "I hope atleast he will heed Katrina's advice and get hitched soon," quipped the Ghulam star.
Aamir Khan, who is riding a wave of success with his television debut Satyamev Jayate, will also be seen in Reema Kagti's Talaash, where he will be playing the role of a police officer.
