Arbaaz Khan was in for a rude surprise when he woke up to the 'news' making rounds about Dabangg 2 getting pushed to March next year. The delay was attributed to the film's shooting still being on as 40% of it is still remaining. It was also being stated that after Salman Khan and Aamir Khan deliberated on these changes, it was also decided that Talaash would now push ahead. This means that instead of its originally planned 30th November release, the film was now supposed to occupy Aamir's favourite Christmas slot by arriving on 21st December, the slot left vacant now due to (apparent) moving ahead of Dabangg 2.
"This is bizarre", says Arbaaz in a defiant role, "There is no change in plan and we are arriving as scheduled on 21st December. There is no delay in the film schedule's either and we are on track. Yes, 40% of the film's shoot is left but we have dates already allocated for that. In fact we resume the film's shoot in a week from now."
He is particularly surprised that Aamir's Talaash came into the picture as well.
"I have no idea who is gossip monger behind this. May be some idle mind is just playing mischief. We are on target and anything and everything else that you hearing are plain rumours. 21st December is final for Dabangg 2", he states.
Guess that should set the record straight.

And this is not the only record clenched by the blockbuster. ETT is also India's biggest opener yet, as it garnered a whopping sum of Rs. 32 crores on the very first day of its release. The YRF flick also became the fastest 100 crore grosser, by crossing the 100 crore mark in just five days. Presently the movie is only behind Aamir Khan's 2009 release 3 Idiots, which is still Bollywood's top earning movie, with a collection of 202 crores, in India.
Ek Tha Tiger revolves around a RAW agent codenamed Tiger, played by Salman Khan and his lady love Zoya, essayed by Katrina Kaif. Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie released on August 15, 2012.

After Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh refused to play a supporting role to Aamir Khan in Rajkumar Hirani's film Peekay, the superstar suggested his nephew Imran Khan's name for the role.
So, this film will finally have the uncle-nephew team who have worked previously as producer-actor on films such as Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na and Delhi Belly, act alongside each other. Aamir is really excited about this film.
Director Rajkumar Hirani will be shooting the film, which goes on floors by year-end, in Hungary.
Apparently, Hirani chose that particular country as there are advantages such as low labour cost and tax incentives for foreign filmmakers.
Peekay, starring Aamir Khan, Imran Khan and Anushka Sharma and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, will be Hirani's next film after 3 Idiots, which turned out to be the highest-grossing-Hindi-film of all time.

Since the past few months, actors Aamir Khan and Salman Khan have formed a mutual admiration club, with each Khan going out of his way to praise the other and Aamir Khan, who is often called 'Mr. Perfectionist' for his attention to detail, recently admitted that he always carries a plastic whistle when he goes to watch Salman Khan's films!
In a recent interview, Aamir admitted that he does not know how to whistle with his lips and hence, makes it a point to carry a plastic whistle with him whenever Salman invites him for a trial of his show so that he can 'bring the house down' with his whistles. Aamir also claimed that he personally believes that Salman is more popular than him.
Salman Khan will be next seen playing the role of a RAW undercover agent in Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger whereas Aamir will be seen playing the role of a cop in Reema Kagti's psychological thriller Talaash.

Actor Aamir Khan, who will be seen playing the role of a police officer in Reema Kagti's psychological thriller Talaash recently came up with an idea to shoot for a music video featuring himself alongwith actresses Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji.
The reason- though the three talented actors star in the movie, they do not share screen space with each other at all and Khan was of the opinion that something should be done to get all three together in one frame. Hence, he came up with the idea of doing a music video where Aamir, Rani and Kareena would all be shaking a leg together specially for the film. Aamir thought the audiences would like to see all three of them together as this trio has never been seen together on the screen ever.
A spokesperson confirmed the news and said, Yes, its true that Aamir came up with the idea of shooting a music video with all three stars together and we all instantly agreed. It is a great idea as having Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor dancing together in a music video is the recipe for total entertainment.

Adult entertainment star Sunny Leone, who recently made her Bollywood debut with Pooja Bhatt directed Jism 2, recently admitted that actor Aamir Khan makes her cry!
Now, before all you readers out there assume that Khan probably behaves quite ungentlemanly with Leone, let us assure you that nothing could be further than the truth. In a recent interview, Sunny admitted that Aamir is such a superb actor that whenever she sees him shedding tears on screen, she feels like crying too! Leone further claimed that Aamir is the best Indian 'crier' ever.
Well well, we wonder how Mr. Perfectionist reacts to this piece of news now…

Sources claim that actor Aamir Khan has purchased 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, in Uttar Pradesh. The houses belonged to Aamir's uncle Nassir Hussain and his extended family.
Aamir had recently learnt that his cousins intended to sell that property after having settled down in cities. However, the actor approached them and asked them to sell it to him as he didn't want to part with the ancestral property.
Buzz is that the land has been registered in the names of his brother Faisal Khan and his sisters Farhat and Nikhat.

Actor Aamir Khan postponed the shoot schedule of Dhoom 3 by a day, to celebrate his sister Nikhat's 50th birthday. Buzz is that Aamir will be joining the cast and crew of the film in Chicago one day later than scheduled. The reason is that the actor's family will be enjoying a get-together to celebrate his sister's birthday.
Apparently, this is Aamir's Rakhi present for Nikhat. A source says, "Aamir’s sister is celebrating her 50th birthday on August 3 but the actor was scheduled to leave for Chicago on the same night with the entire team. He was planning to celebrate Rakhi which falls on the previous day. However, the entire family planned to have a lavish party in the night. When he heard about the party, he requested Vijay Krishna Acharya and Aditya Chopra if he would be allowed to leave a day late. Of course, he didn’t want to disrupt shooting or upset any schedule. Victor and Aditya were more than accommodating and felt Aamir could join the shoot on August 6. Aamir will now leave on the night of August 4 and attend the family reunion."
The official spokesperson of Aamir Khan confirmed the news and said, "Yes, the family reunion is happening."

Much has been reported about Aamir Khan playing the antagonist in upcoming YRF flick Dhoom 3 and actor Abhishek Bachchan, whose performance in laugh riot Bol Bachchan was highly appreciated, has claimed that he is quite looking forward to learn from Mr. Perfectionist while shooting for the movie.
In the Dhoom series, Abhishek Bachchan plays the character of ACP Jai Dixit, a no-nonsense cop and Bachchan Jr has made it clear that he is not thinking about any clash with Aamir Khan. He admitted quite candidly that he is very excited about working with Aamir and intends to sit back and learn from him during the shooting.
Apart from Dhoom 3, Aamir Khan will also be seen in Reema Kagti's psychological thriller Talaash, where the actor will be seen playing the role of a cop.

Since the past few days, there has been news in the media that Aamir Khan starrer Talaash might get released in 2013 as there is a dispute between Khan and director Reema Kagti over the former's suggestion to re-shoot certain parts of the film.
However, this has not gone down well with Mr. Perfectionist, who is said to be pretty miffed with such rumour mongers. Insisting that the psychological thriller will release on November 30 as per the original plan, Khan said that the people who are spreading such news are not happy with the progress that the Talaash team is making.
Directed by Kagti, Talaash will have Khan playing the role of a cop and the movie will also star Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor.

Fans of Aamir Khan, who are eagerly waiting to see their favourite actor don the police uniform in Talaash, might have to wait for some more time, it seems.
Sources claim that the release of Reema Kagti's psychological thriller might be postponed to next year. The reason-Aamir Khan is too busy with Dhoom 3 and Peekay to spare any time for the promotions of Talaash, which might result in the delay as the makers don't want to get the film released unless and until Khan is ready for promoting it. There are also rumours that Khan and Kagti are at loggerheads over the former's suggestion to re-work the film a bit, which might also be the reason behind the delay, claim sources.
Talaash, which will see Aamir play a cop after many years (his last cop flick was Sarfarosh), also stars Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor.

Actor Aamir Khan feels that his friend Salman Khan's upcoming film Ek Tha Tiger will be a super-hit.
Aamir Khan was recently quoted saying that he really liked the promos. He added that he even messaged the director Kabir Khan, producer Aditya Chopra and Salman to convey his appreciation.
He chose not to comment on the issue about the promos not being aired in the neighbouring country Pakistan.
He also quipped about Salman's marriage saying that going by the promos he hopes he will listen to his 'good friend' Katrina Kaif and take the plunge.
Ek Tha Tiger is set to release on August 15.

Much had been reported about how Aamir Khan reportedly delayed the shooting of upcoming action flick Dhoom 3, as he wanted a new hairstyle for his role as the antagonist in the YRF flick.
At a recent press meet, when Aamir Khan met media-persons to talk on Satyamev Jayate and other issues, the actor revealed that the hairstyle he is sporting at the time (as seen in the picture) is the final look for his movie. Aamir Khan also gushed about the trailers of Salman Khan's upcoming film Ek Tha Tiger and said, "I liked the trailers very much and am looking forward to see the film. I also sent a text message to Salman and Kabir Khan about it. I don't know why the movie is facing problems in Pakistan." When asked about Salman Khan's bachelor status, Aamir cheekily said that he has been asking Salman to marry as soon as possible but to no avail. "I hope atleast he will heed Katrina's advice and get hitched soon," quipped the Ghulam star.
Aamir Khan, who is riding a wave of success with his television debut Satyamev Jayate, will also be seen in Reema Kagti's Talaash, where he will be playing the role of a police officer.
