Arbaaz Khan was in for a rude surprise when he woke up to the 'news' making rounds about Dabangg 2 getting pushed to March next year. The delay was attributed to the film's shooting still being on as 40% of it is still remaining. It was also being stated that after Salman Khan and Aamir Khan deliberated on these changes, it was also decided that Talaash would now push ahead. This means that instead of its originally planned 30th November release, the film was now supposed to occupy Aamir's favourite Christmas slot by arriving on 21st December, the slot left vacant now due to (apparent) moving ahead of Dabangg 2.
"This is bizarre", says Arbaaz in a defiant role, "There is no change in plan and we are arriving as scheduled on 21st December. There is no delay in the film schedule's either and we are on track. Yes, 40% of the film's shoot is left but we have dates already allocated for that. In fact we resume the film's shoot in a week from now."
He is particularly surprised that Aamir's Talaash came into the picture as well.
"I have no idea who is gossip monger behind this. May be some idle mind is just playing mischief. We are on target and anything and everything else that you hearing are plain rumours. 21st December is final for Dabangg 2", he states.
Guess that should set the record straight.

Since the past few months, actors Aamir Khan and Salman Khan have formed a mutual admiration club, with each Khan going out of his way to praise the other and Aamir Khan, who is often called 'Mr. Perfectionist' for his attention to detail, recently admitted that he always carries a plastic whistle when he goes to watch Salman Khan's films!
In a recent interview, Aamir admitted that he does not know how to whistle with his lips and hence, makes it a point to carry a plastic whistle with him whenever Salman invites him for a trial of his show so that he can 'bring the house down' with his whistles. Aamir also claimed that he personally believes that Salman is more popular than him.
Salman Khan will be next seen playing the role of a RAW undercover agent in Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger whereas Aamir will be seen playing the role of a cop in Reema Kagti's psychological thriller Talaash.

Actor Aamir Khan, who will be seen playing the role of a police officer in Reema Kagti's psychological thriller Talaash recently came up with an idea to shoot for a music video featuring himself alongwith actresses Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji.
The reason- though the three talented actors star in the movie, they do not share screen space with each other at all and Khan was of the opinion that something should be done to get all three together in one frame. Hence, he came up with the idea of doing a music video where Aamir, Rani and Kareena would all be shaking a leg together specially for the film. Aamir thought the audiences would like to see all three of them together as this trio has never been seen together on the screen ever.
A spokesperson confirmed the news and said, Yes, its true that Aamir came up with the idea of shooting a music video with all three stars together and we all instantly agreed. It is a great idea as having Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor dancing together in a music video is the recipe for total entertainment.

Ekta Kapoor has decided to push the release of her forthcoming production Shootout At Wadala to 2013 to avoid any clash with Aamir Khan's Talaash. Talaash is set to release on November 30.
Apparently, she does not want to compete with the mammoth Aamir Khan.
The film, a prequel to Shootout At Lokhandwala, was scheduled to release on December 7. However, as Talaash will release in November-end or the first week of December, Shootout At Wadala will now release on January 18, next year.
The film, directed by Sanjay Gupta, stars Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Kangana Ranaut, Manoj Bajpayee, Sonu Sood and Tusshar Kapoor.

After working with the likes of Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan, it seems actor-director Farhan Akhtar wants to explore fresh talent for his next flick, which will be a comedy.
Sources claim that Excel Entertainment partners Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani are planning to go on a nation-wide talent hunt to search for newcomers for their next project and are finalizing details on how to take things forward.
The next film to come out of the Excel Entertainment stable is the Aamir Khan starrer Talaash, which stars Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor.

Since the past few days, there has been news in the media that Aamir Khan starrer Talaash might get released in 2013 as there is a dispute between Khan and director Reema Kagti over the former's suggestion to re-shoot certain parts of the film.
However, this has not gone down well with Mr. Perfectionist, who is said to be pretty miffed with such rumour mongers. Insisting that the psychological thriller will release on November 30 as per the original plan, Khan said that the people who are spreading such news are not happy with the progress that the Talaash team is making.
Directed by Kagti, Talaash will have Khan playing the role of a cop and the movie will also star Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor.

Fans of Aamir Khan, who are eagerly waiting to see their favourite actor don the police uniform in Talaash, might have to wait for some more time, it seems.
Sources claim that the release of Reema Kagti's psychological thriller might be postponed to next year. The reason-Aamir Khan is too busy with Dhoom 3 and Peekay to spare any time for the promotions of Talaash, which might result in the delay as the makers don't want to get the film released unless and until Khan is ready for promoting it. There are also rumours that Khan and Kagti are at loggerheads over the former's suggestion to re-work the film a bit, which might also be the reason behind the delay, claim sources.
Talaash, which will see Aamir play a cop after many years (his last cop flick was Sarfarosh), also stars Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor.
