Actor Arshad Warsi, who is all set to reprise his role of Babban in Dedh Ishqiya, has revealed that the shooting of the film has been pushed yet again. It will now go on floors in January next year.
Dedh Ishqiya is the sequel to the 2010 film Ishqiya, which starred Vidya Balan along with Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi.
While Vidya will not be seen in this film, directed by Abhishek Chaubey, Madhuri Dixit is set to make a comeback.
Arshad Warsi, who was present at a book launch event recently, said, "I have finished three movies, they are going to release whenever they have to. I am chilling now, I was supposed to start shooting for Dedh Ishqiya which has been pushed to January, and so I am having a good time."
The actor added that he is off to Canada in about three days where is one of the members of the board of directors of the International Indian Film Festival in Toronto.
Shooting for Dedh Ishqiya was supposed to begin in September 2011 but was then postponed to November and ultimately February 2011 owing to Abhishek's wedding. Let's see if it finally begins in January next year!

Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, who had teamed up with Arshad Warsi and Vidya Balan for acclaimed film Ishqiya, has still not given the nod for Dedh Ishqiya, the sequel, which will star comeback diva Madhuri Dixit, it seems!
Confirming the news, Naseer was quoted saying that he has still not agreed to work in the film as he is yet to be shown the final and approved script. The talented actor claimed that once he goes through the script, he shall take his decision.
A dark comedy directed by Abhishek Chaubey, Ishqiya fared quite well at the box office and the intimate scenes between Warsi and Balan were much talked about.
