Yesteryear actress Jaya Prada, who has starred in a number of Hindi and South Indian films, will soon take to producing them. The actress has decided to shift base to Mumbai and go ahead with her production plans.
Jaya has recently purchased a plush flat in Goregaon and is presently in talks with many filmmakers to make films under her banner. Jaya has signed DInkar Kapoor, who assisted Abbas-Mustan on the film Baazigar to direct a film for her.
The film is said to be a remake of the South film Matru Devo Bhava.
