It seems that Pakistani actress Veena Malik, who has been trying her luck in the Indian entertainment industry, has reportedly admitted that she will be rooting for the Pakistani cricket team when it comes to India to play!
In a recent interview, while talking about the renewed cricket ties between India and Pakistan, Malik said that though she cannot forget the adulation that she received from India and Indians, she would be rooting for Pakistan as she is a Pakistani national. She however added that (rather diplomatically) she also likes Team India despite her support to Pakistan.
Veena Malik got mired in controversy a few months back when her nude pictures, in which she was sporting a tattoo that said 'ISI' went viral and she accused the magazine of doctoring her photographs. We can't help but wonder if this latest statement too causes another equally explosive controversy…
