Sherlyn Chopra: 'The 'Playboy' crew couldn't believe I was an Indian'

Controversial starlet Sherlyn Chopra, who became the first Indian woman to be featured on the 'Playboy' cover page, seemed quite excited about her photo-shoot, which took place in head honcho Hugh Hefner's mansion in Los Angeles.

Chopra said that in May, she had written to Hefner saying that she wanted to be featured in the popular magazine following which she was invited for the shoot. Chopra said, "I had a lot of fun during the photo shoot in LA. The crew could not believe that I am an Indian. However, I must say that hypocrites exist not only in India, but also abroad."

Chopra further claimed that she doesn't pay attention to her detractors, who criticize her for her bold decisions and said that being featured on 'Playboy' is her first step to excellence.
